Do In-Transit Travelers from Micronesia Require Visas?

Under the circumstances that your transportation out of the country leaves within 24 hour of your arrival, you will be exempt from the requirement of a visa. You will only need a visa if you are in Antigua and Barbuda when you stay longer than 24 hours.

Can Micronesian Citizens Apply for a Visa-on-Arrival?

No. Antigua and Barbuda does not currently have a visa-on-arrival that they offer to Micronesians. You will need to arrive in the country with an approved e-visa in order to be considered for entry.
