There are a total of 93 nationalities including Vietnamese that can apply through web. At the moment, there are negotiations with Lithuania and the United Arab Emirates. Slowly, more and more countries have access to an Azerbaijan electronic visa.

In order to check if you are eligible for an Azerbaijan evisa, all you need to do is use the Visa Checker iVisa puts at your disposal. You insert Vietnamese as your nationality and Azerbaijan as your destination, and the information you need to know will be displayed in just a second. If you are eligible, you will be redirected to the application. It is as simple as that.

What documents are required for Vietnamese?

Before applying, it is best if you put together all the documents you are required to provide. The list is short, chances are, you already have everything you need.

  • Valid passport – just as when you go anywhere else, you need a passport. If you already have one, make sure that it is valid and remains so for at least another three months from the date of departure to Azerbaijan.

  • Digital copy of your passport – before filling in the form, you have to scan your passport. You will be required to upload it before you submit your application. While the information page is the most important, scan the entire thing.

  • Valid e-mail address – while the evisa will be linked to your passport electronically, iVisa will still send you the document via e-mail in PDF format. You are required to print it and take it with you. You will be asked to show it at the immigration office. Just to be safe, print several copies and put them in different bags. That way you can be sure you are not going to lose your visa.

  • Means of payment – iVisa accepts multiple methods of payment. You can use a credit or a debit card, and since more and more people have Paypal accounts, iVisa allows you to use that as well.

Azerbaijan evisa for Vietnamese– the application form

After you gathered all documents, you can proceed to fill in the application form. It is easy to comprehend, and just in case you need some help, iVisa has a fantastic support service, ready to take your call 24/7.

The form consists of three simple steps. The first one will ask you to input your general information like name, address, email, passport info, and so on. At this point, you will also be required to select a processing time. Keep in mind that your selection will determine the amount of money you will pay in step two. iVisa provides three excellent choices:

  • Standard processing time – this is the cheapest option you will find, and the most commonly used. It costs only $45 (or the equivalent in your country’s currency), and your application will be processed within four business days. You should apply 6 days before departure because it is best to be on the safe side. The ‘2 days in advance’ rule applies to all processing times.

  • Rush processing time – this time, your visa will arrive within 2 business days, but you are going to be charged more. The fee for this processing time is $75.

  • Super Rush processing time – last but not least, this processing time is the fastest one available. You will receive your Azerbaijan evisa for Vietnamese in just one business day for $95.

The next step consists of revision and payment. Travelling Vietnamese should insert information carefully and accurately to avoid confusion or loss of your document. The last step will ask you to upload additional information and answer a set of personal questions. As for the former action, not everyone needs to upload the same documents. For example, if you travel with your minor child and without the other parent, you will need an authorization letter from the said parent. After that, you hit submit and wait for the visa to arrive in your email inbox.

The document will let Vietnamese stay in Azerbaijan for maximum 1 month, but if you stay longer than 10 days, you need to register your trip with the State Migration Service. Hotels provide such service for you, and so do business hosts.
