Do Indonesian citizens need a visa for Bahrain?

Citizens of Indonesia are eligible to apply for a Bahrain visa.

How long can an Indonesian citizen stay in Bahrain?

There are two types of e-visas to visit Bahrain for tourism or business.

  • Single entry e-visa: It is valid for 30 days and allows you to stay in the country for 14 days. You can only enter once; if you wish to return to the country, you must apply for a new e-visa. iVisa does not currently offer this eVisa.

  • Multiple entry e-visa: This visa type is available at iVisa. It is valid for 30 days after arrival and allows you to stay in the country for 30 days Per Entry. This visa will enable you to enter with the same visa several times.

What are the requirements and documents required for a Bahrain tourist visa for Indonesian citizens?

The visa requirements for citizens of Indonesia entering Bahrain are:

  • Passport: Your Indonesian passport must be valid for six months beyond the expiry date of entry into Bahrain.

  • Digital photo: One passport-size photo. It must be in color with a white background, facing the camera, and not smiling. The photo cannot be more than six months old. If you do not have a passport photo, iVisa has the solution through its passport photo service. You can have your photo as soon as possible.

  • Airline ticket: A confirmation of your flight with the arrival and departure dates from Bahrain issued by the airline company or an official travel agency.

  • Hotel reservation: A confirmed hotel reservation of where you will stay during your trip. If you are staying with friends, provide the address where you will reside during your visit.

  • Bank statement: Your bank statements for the last 3 months, indicating the applicant's name as the bank account holder and the dates. The bank stamp and balances demonstrate that you have enough money to support yourself during your visit to Bahrain.
