The Passenger Locator Form is a requirement from the Belgium government to keep travelers’ information. This is a response to the coronavirus pandemic and will be required to all international passengers, without exemptions. If you are planning to visit Belgium, then start the application 48 hours before the travel date.

Which countries are on Belgium's white list?

White list countries: Bahrain, Chile, Colombia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Kuwait, Macau, New Zealand, Peru, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, China

Do I need a COVID vaccine or vaccination certificate to enter Belgium?

Yes, Belgium has been taking steps to restore travel within its borders. Travelers must be fully vaccinated in order to enter Belgium. Exemptions apply to those coming from Schengen Area countries, as well as "White list countries".

Accepted vaccines are Moderna, Janssen, AstraZeneca, and Pfizer. You are considered vaccinated if all doses of a vaccine against SARS-Cov-2 have been administered for at least two weeks before traveling.

Do I need a COVID-19 test to get into Belgium?

  • COVID test prior to arrival: PCR test within 72 hours or antigen test within 24 hours.
  • COVID test exemptions: Children under 12 and fully vaccinated travelers.

Do I have to remain in quarantine?

Quarantine requirements: There are no quarantine requirements.

I’m a citizen of France, do I need a Passenger Locator Form?

Yes, citizens of France need to complete the Passenger Locator Form before arrival. This is mandatory for all international passengers and France is not excluded. Remember that Belgium is allowing entry to a few countries and France is lucky to be among that group, then take the opportunity to travel to Belgium.

I’m in transit in Belgium, do I need to complete the Passenger Locator Form?

In case your transit is less than 48 hours, then you don’t need to complete the Belgium Passenger Locator Form. As well, if you were in Belgium and left the country for less than 48 hours, you won’t need that document.

I’m traveling with children, do they need to complete the form?

Yes, they have to complete the Passenger Locator Form if they are 16 years old or older. If your children are younger than 16 years old, then they just need their information within the accompanying adult request.

Provide personal details such as name, passport information, nationality, mobile number, countries visited in the past 14 days, address in Belgium, among other information. Also, have the next requirements:
