It’s ok. There is nothing to worry about. You should contact our customer team immediately and seek help from them to solve this problem. Our visa experts can help you 24/7.

iVisa supports every step of the digital application and carefully reviews your documents. It’s unlikely you will get a rejection. Still, the Ethiopian government could deny your application. iVisa has a flexible refund policy, and as travel plans could change at any moment, these are the circumstances to obtain a refund if you cancel your order:

If the application hasn’t reached the team for review or the immigration services haven't received it yet, you will get a credit for the amount of the iVisa processing fee and the visa cost.

If our team has checked your application but hasn’t sent it to the government for approval, you can opt for a credit of the government fee.

If the government has received your application or the visa is ready for you, you can’t get credit at this point.

iVisa always sends an email confirming your application. If you can't find it, you can also log in to your account and check your order. As soon as your payment is received, an account is created, and you can access it directly through the iVisa website. Log in directly to the page, create a password and enter your own iVisa account. For any issues within your email, you can always trust your account on our platform.
If the application isn’t in the processing stage, our experts can make changes. Our team also checks for errors and corrects them. In case your application is already with the government agency, they could potentially let our team make changes. However, they will not allow it. As soon as you know the incorrect information, contact our customer team to confirm whether the details can be corrected or if a new visa application should be submitted.
At iVisa, we understand that your time is valuable, and we strive to provide you with the fastest service possible. Our processing times are estimated based on the average duration it takes governments to process visa applications. These estimated times begin from the moment we receive all the correct information for your application until you receive your visa. While we work diligently to expedite the process, it’s important to note that we are reliant on the processing times set by the government authorities.
