Do I need a COVID vaccine or vaccination certificate to enter Guatemala?

A Health Pass is a mandatory document requested by the Guatemala government. Travelers or returning residents who are 10 years or older must complete the Health Pass.

Before you board your flight, airlines will check your Health Pass. If you fail to have one, then you will not be allowed to travel.

What is COVID testing?

All non-vaccinated arrivals over 10 years old must present a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result, performed within 72 hours prior to arrival. Fully vaccinated travelers with a COVID-19 vaccine certificate are exempt from testing requirements.

Will I need to quarantine when I arrive in Guatemala?
