Learn More: Health Declaration

HONG KONG IS OPEN: Hong Kong is open for tourism for fully vaccinated travelers since May 1st, 2022.

The Hong Kong Health Declaration is an electronic document that the Hong Kong authorities launched to keep an eye on the health of international travelers throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Apply for yours by filling out an online application form.

All travelers must complete and submit the Electronic Health Declaration Form on arrival to enter Hong Kong. There is no exception to this rule, as even Hong Kong citizens returning home from other nations must fill out this form as well.

Some users have had difficulty completing this form before their travel date. If this is the case for you, iVisa.com is here to help. We can help you with this process so you'll have one less thing to worry about for your trip.

Our application process is quick and easy. You only have to complete an online form by giving your basic details. Please be aware that you are required to undergo COVID-19 testing before departure, so we advise you to take that into consideration before applying.

Once your application is completed and accepted, you will be sent a QR code that must be presented to the officials in Hong Kong.
