Yes, citizens from Panama will need an ETIAS. This document provides entry to 30 European countries and four microstates.

The ETIAS will have a validity period of three years, allowing stays of up to 90 days within a 180-day period. If your passport expires before your ETIAS, you will need to reapply for the travel authorization with your updated passport.
