The Bailiwick of Jersey, also known as simply 'Jersey', is one of the Channel Islands that are remnant of the Dukedom of Normandy. Despite its size, it offers plenty of attractions for all sorts of travelers. With many castles, the Jersey War Tunnels, a zoo, and vast lavender fields you are sure to have a fragrant and exciting experience.

Before you pack your bags for Jersey, you need to make sure that you have the proper documentation. While the island is a British dependency, it is self-governed. Even so, UK immigration rules still apply. As you can imagine, all EU travelers can go to Jersey without obtaining a visa. If you aren't from the EU, you may have to apply for a visa at the nearest British embassy.
