The Afghani citizens are eligible for a Kyrgyzstan e-visa, which means that as an Afghan, you are not required to pay a visit to the nearest Kyrgyz embassy to get your visa if you want to travel to Kyrgyzstan for business or pleasure. Instead, you can go through the online application process, and iVisa can help. Just keep in mind that not all points of entry in Kyrgyzstan accept the electronic visa. You need to cross through specific border checkpoints. Manas and Osh International Airports accept the e-visa, and so are a few land points of entry.
