Learn More: Health Declaration
MALAWI IS OPEN: Malawi re-opened for tourism on 1 September 2021.
DOCUMENT OVERVIEW
The Malawi Health Declaration is a mandatory travel document implemented by immigration authorities from Malawi to prevent the spread of coronavirus in the country. Passengers must submit it together with a negative result from the COVID-19 PCR Test. It must be issued within the previous 72 hours before their arrival to the country. This document does not replace a visa.
WHO CAN ENTER MALAWI WITH THIS DOCUMENT
All passengers arriving in Malawi are eligible to fill out the Malawi Health Declaration. Travelers must also have electronic proof of full vaccination to enter the country.
All nationalities can apply.
