Qatari interested in touring Myanmar can now opt for electric visa. To make it easier, iVisa is now assisting travelers with Myanmar evisa. This is an equivalent of consular visa that Qatari can apply through an online application. This means that it is no longer required to go to embassy. Prior to applying, you have to verify if you are qualified using iVisa’s Visa Checker. In the drop-down menu, pick your country of origin then select Myanmar as your destination. You will know right away if you can proceed with the application once you are eligible.
Bureaucracy can be a painfully slow process but iVisa can sort it out for Qatari. Just collect then upload the requirements to initiate application. Most are just basic requirements so you may already have most of it. Below is the list of what you need to provide:
Valid passport – acquiring a passport should be easy and make sure that it is still valid if you already have one. Avoid wasting time and money by making sure that your passport is not yet expired as this will lead to a denied application.
Digital photo of yourself – it should be the most recent photo. Make sure that it meets the criteria (white background, no face gestures, etc.)
E-mail address – while the visa will be electronically linked to your passport, you need a copy to show at the immigration office in Myanmar. iVisa will send your evisa via e-mail in PDF format. It is advisable to have a spare so print a few copies so that you can put one in each bag.
It’s a breeze to accomplish the online form since acquiring a Myanmar visa is a simple process. The general information that you will input in the first step are your e-mail address, name, and your passport info. Once finished filling in your details, select your preferred processing time. This will determine how much you will need to pay.
Carefully review your details and make necessary revisions in step two. This is highly recommended since Qatari is no longer allowed to revise once your application was processed. Make sure that all the details are 100% accurate. Once done with review and revision, you can pay by following the on-screen guide.
You might answer personal questions and upload photos in the last step. Uploading additional documents is optional as there will be different requirements for every Qatari. Click the submit button if you are done then sit back and wait for the arrival of your evisa.
iVisa understand that time is precious for some Qatari so they created three viable choices. Just remember that faster processing time constitutes higher fee. Here is what Qatari can opt for:
Standard processing – Only $70, it is the cheapest option you have. iVisa will have your application processed within three business days.
Rush processing – for $100, your visa will be ready within two business days.
Travelers with Myanmar evisa can legally stay a maximum stay of 28 days. Also, the evisa is valid for 90 days after issue. These document enable Qatari to enter the country on specified points of entry: Yangon International Airport, Naypyidaw Airport, and Mandalay International Airport if you travelled by air. If you go by land, you are permitted to enter through Tachileik, Myawaddy, and Kaethaung land border checkpoints.
