Are you planning a trip to New Zealand and you are looking for the easiest way to get your visa? No problem. iVisa can help you. Instead of going to the nearest embassy of New Zealand, you can apply online and save yourself some trouble.

Alt Text

The application process created by iVisa is entirely online, and you can be done with it in under 20 minutes. Of course, you need to check your eligibility first, but that is easy with iVisa’s Visa Checker.

What is required of you?

The first step you need to make is to gather everything you need. iVisa asks just a few things, but still, you need to provide some documents and some information. It is best if you put together everything before moving on to the application form. Here is what you need:

  • Passport – to apply online, you need to have a valid passport. However, you need to make sure that the document is valid for at least another 3 months from your date of departure from New Zealand.

  • Digital photo – the picture needs to be as recent as possible and meet all the other guidelines for a passport photo.

  • Means of payment – iVisa asks you that you make the payment during the application process. You can do that using a credit or a debit card, but you can also pay using PayPal, Alipay, or WeChat.

  • E-mail address – iVisa will send you the visa via e-mail in PDF format. Do not forget to print a few copies so that you have a spare or two.

  • Means of sustenance – once you arrive in New Zealand, you need to prove that you can support yourself during your trip. A bank account statement should be more than enough.

  • Return flight ticket – when you arrive at the airport, you may be asked to show a return flight ticket to your country of origin. If you do not have one, you need to prove that you have the financial means to buy one.

  • Proof of good character – if you have been convicted of a felony or served some time in prison, you need to disclose that information.

The application form

Once you have everything that is required of you, you can fill in the application. You should be done in about 20 minutes or so, and if you have any questions, iVisa provides an excellent support service. You can call day or night, and the service is free of charge.

What you need to know is that the application form has three simple steps. Step number one is about personal information and processing time. You need to fill in your full name, address, passport info, e-mail, and some details regarding your trip. You must also select a processing time, aspect which determines the cost of your New Zealand visa.

The second step is about payment and revision. We covered the means above in the requirements section, but as for the revision, you need to be very careful with your application. That is because any error, however small and insignificant it may seem to you, can cost your visa its validity. Plus, you cannot make any corrections once your application reaches processing.

The third and last step is about documents upload. iVisa requires you to upload a set of documents, but keep in mind that this step is not the same for everyone. After you are done with step three, you can submit your application.

As you can see, the online application process is the best way to go. iVisa can help you apply online with very little effort and money. The document you receive is valid for 18 months, and you can stay in New Zealand for up to 9 months.
