What do I need to apply for an Oman e-visa?
If you decide to apply online with iVisa, you will need to gather a few things regarding your personal information and documentation. Once you do that, we handle the rest! Here is what you need:
Passport – your passport needs to remain valid for at least another 6 months from your intended date of arrival in Oman. Otherwise, you risk having your application denied.
A passport scan – we only need the information page of your passport. Here you will find instructions on how to make the best passport scan for your application.
A digital photo of you – You can take it yourself! Just make sure that it meets the photo requirements. If you already have one that meets these requirements, it has to be no older than 6 months.
E-mail address – when applying with iVisa, your visa will be sent to you via e-mail, so make sure that you introduce a valid e-mail address you have access to.
Means of payment – iVisa accepts multiple methods of payment such as credit and debit cards or Paypal.
Citizens coming from some nationalities require a valid visa or a residence permit issued by the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, or Australia. These nationalities would not be able to apply for an Oman e-visa otherwise. Please make sure to find out if this is your case by using our Visa Checker.
What are the processing times and prices of the e-visa?
The cost of your Oman e-visa is determined by two factors: the processing time in which you will like to get your visa and the visa type. The most common visa type is a Single Entry visa with the following three options:
Standard processing – your visa application is processed within 4 days, and the price is USD 43.00 (service fees included).
Rush processing – you will receive your visa within 48 hours, and the total price of it is USD 73.00 (service fees included).
Super rush processing – this is the fastest option. You will get your Oman e-visa in only 24 hours, and you will be charged USD 103.00 (service fees included).
PLEASE NOTE: The prices above are for a Single Entry, 10-Day visa. iVisa offers other options for multiple entry visas and for GCC residents.
