The second requirement is a digital photo of you. While the photo does not need to meet the size criterion for a passport photo, it has to fit all the other standards. You are not allowed to have headwear unless your religion forbids you from having your head uncovered in public (a hijab, for example). Even so, your face must be discovered from your forehead to the chin. You cannot wear glasses, and you cannot smile.

You are also required to provide an e-mail address and a valid means of payment. That is because when you apply online the Oman e-visa will be sent to you via e-mail in PDF format. As for the payment, iVisa accepts multiple means of payment such as a credit or debit card, a Paypal account, WeChat, and Alipay. You will be asked to make the payment before you submit your application.

Furthermore, you need to have proof that you are a resident of the United Arab Emirates. A residence permit should suffice. This is the only extra requirements that UAE residents must achieve.

The last of the Oman visa requirements form UAE residents is the application form. You need to fill it in and submit it. However, that should not take more than 15 minutes, and iVisa’s support service can help you should you need it.
