What is the Pakistan eVisa?

The Pakistani Visa is an official travel document, an electronic visa issued by the Pakistan government pre-travel to Pakistan. Once issued and approved, the Pakistan Visa will allow travelers to enter Pakistan for tourist purposes only. The e Visa has a validity of 3 months and allows visitors to stay in Pakistan for up to 30 days Per Entry and with a Single Entry. There is currently no multiple entry visa for Pakistan.

In addition to the Pakistan e Visa, you also have the option to add the Pakistan Pass Track, which is required for all travelers to Pakistan. This is a new measure that has been created by the Pakistani government in order to stop the spread of the new COVID-19 in Pakistan. All travelers must obtain it before their trip and show it in the entry port with no exception.

There is also a visa on arrival available to some foreign nationals. Citizens of 45 countries are eligible to obtain a visa on arrival for Pakistan, for purposes of tourism only. In this case you do not need to obtain the Pakistan evisa with us, but you can use our Visa Checker to confirm this information.

If you need a Pakistan Business visa you will have to contact your nearest Pakistani embassy to find out more as we do not currently offer this.

You can get your Pakistan e Visa now with our simple online application, and choose to add on the Pass Track if you like. Keep reading for all you need to know about the Pakistan e visa.

Pakistan is a large country in South Asia, and it is old as life itself in the region. What you should know right from the start is that many governments advise against traveling to Pakistan for tourism purposes, but as long as you stay away from the conflict zones and show respect when you go there, you should have a pleasant trip. At the same time, it is very important that you do your research before you travel to Pakistan. Some information will help you make the best of your vacation. Below, you will find some of the info you need before you start planning your trip to Pakistan. First of all, let’s cover the entry requirements for Pakistan. While the visa policy of Pakistan includes multiple documents that can get you in depending on nationality (visa on arrival, ETA for a visa on arrival, etc.) what interests you the most is that almost all nationalities that are required to obtain a visa to enter Pakistan can apply online for one. There are a few exceptions, of course, but if you find yourself in need of a standard visa, you must go to the nearest Pakistani embassy and obtain one. There are 15 such nationalities. The Pakistan electronic visa allows its holder to remain in the country for no more than 30 days, and it is a single-entry visa. Extensions are possible, but the period varies depending on nationality. The e-visa is valid only at specific points of entry. At the same time, you should know that you will not be granted entry in Pakistan if you hold an Israeli passport. Only diplomatic passport holders will be allowed in. In case your passport includes an Israeli stamp, you will be granted entry, but be prepared for more intense questioning by the Pakistani immigration officers. The official language of Pakistan is Urdu, but if you know only English, you will get around more than fine. In fact, most people speak English as it is used in government and educational institutions. Even so, learning a few phrases in Urdu will give you a few points. It is a form of respect. As far as attractions are concerned, we believe that Pakistan is a massively underrated country. What you should know about it is that Pakistan is one of the very few countries that includes all forms of geological structures. It has sea, desert, dry mountains, green mountains, ice-covered mountains, waterfalls, rivers, and forests. Pakistan is also the home of the second-highest peak in the world, K2, with 8,611 meters. However, you may not enjoy the climate while in Pakistan. It is mostly hot and dry, but it depends on where you are going. Don’t be surprised if your destination required thermal clothes and winter boots. One of the things you will love most about Pakistan is its natural wonders. For one thing, you can explore the wonders of Karachi. It used to be Pakistan’s capital city. Located on the shores of the Arabian Sea, it is the largest city in the country. You can visit the Quaid-e-Azam’s Mazar, which is the mausoleum of the founder of Pakistan. It is made entirely of white marble, and the African arches are magnificent. You can also visit the National Museum, Aladin Amusement & Water Park, Hill Park, and many more. The Shah Faisal Masjid in Islamabad is a mosque worth visiting as well. It is a large building that has four 88-meter minarets and a desert tent-like structure. That is the primary prayer chamber, and it is so large that it can accommodate one hundred thousand people. You cannot go inside, but the outside view will suffice. If you go to Pakistan, and you feel adventurous, you cannot leave without exploring some of its mountains. Pakistan has some of the highest in the world in Kashmir. The Baltoro Glacier, as well as the Batura Glacier, are the largest that are not located in polar areas. The Chitral, which are Hindu Kush mountains, is also worth seeing. The area is wild but beautiful. Kalash people live in the region, which is the last of the non-Islamic tribes of Kafiristan. What you will love there are the hot springs as well as the rivers which are filled with trout. There are many gorgeous places you can see in Pakistan; you should know that the country is world-renowned for trekking and hiking. You can go horse riding or rent a bicycle. The markets and bazaars are filled with tourists trying to find the best deals on beautiful products. Also, you can take organized tours of Pakistan, as well as helicopter tours. Few things compare with flying over a snow-covered desert. The food in Pakistan is delicious. Most meals consist of kebabs which start from mildly spicy to really hot. It depends on the area you plan on visiting. It is not recommended to drink tap water at all. You must keep in mind that ice is made from it, so you should avoid that as well. The water is known to carry tuberculosis. When it comes to safety, you must be very cautious. Pakistan has been a target for terrorist attacks for many years, but the situation seems to be improving. Even so, you should stay away from military convoys because they are often a target to suicide bombers. Some roads may say in English that no foreigners are allowed, so you should obey that. Lastly, stay away from any social protests or political demonstrations. Pakistani people are incredibly hospitable when they have guests, but there are a few things you should know. It is considered impolite to refuse tea and sweets that are given when entering a house. When you are given food, you need to be careful as to how much of it you leave on the plate. If you clean it, it is an invitation to more, but if you leave too much, it is a sign that you did not like it. The best way is to find the perfect balance between the two. Women will not touch you unless they are incredibly familiar, and some of them will not even interact with you. Do not take it personally. It is a part of the Pakistani culture. You would be better off if restricting yourself from talking about politics, especially about Pakistan’s relations with Israel or India. Pakistani people are incredibly proud, and such a discussion can turn passionate or even violent. Pakistan may be a sensitive country to visit, but as long as you respect the culture and avoid the conflict zones, you should have a lovely time there. The scenery is fantastic, and nature really does put on a show in Pakistan. Obtain your e-Visa and Pass Track to Pakistan to get started on your journey.
