Traveling from Singapore to Qatar

There are some requirements to travel from Singapore to Qatar. Some measures were created to facilitate tourists' identification during the World Cup. However, some are still part of the Qatar COVID-19 restrictions.

One of the main requirements is to apply for the Hayya Card. This card was created to identify tourists during the Cup easily, and travelers will use it to access stadiums, public buses, and the metro. So even travelers who won't go to the matches have to apply to visit Qatar during the sporting event. The rule applies to Singapore and other countries too.

With the tickets in hand and the departure date, travelers should book flights and a hotel room as soon as possible because it is easier to find the lowest prices for cheap flights from Singapore in advance.

Another mandatory document to travel from Singapore to Qatar is the Ehteraz Pre-Entry Registration Form. This Qatar Entry Registration Form gives local authorities personal information and the health status of all travelers, facilitating pandemic control. Read more details below.

Qatar Entry Registration Form

You can fill out the form on the iVisa application page in less than 15 minutes. It's just a few steps to apply online, you'll submit your information and COVID-19 test, and then you'll receive your document in the email inbox. Ehteraz mobile application

Besides the Pre-Entry Registration Form, you must download the Ehteraz mobile app. Have with you an international sim card to activate the profile on mobile phones still in the Hamad International Airport. The app will have the information on your form, and it will help authorities track new COVID-19 cases.

Singapore to Qatar: Travel restrictions

Qatar has COVID-19 restrictions still. The country adopted health measures according to the coronavirus spread risk in the passengers' countries. Beyond that, there are different protocols for unvaccinated and fully vaccinated citizens.

Currently, Singapore isn't on the Red List of Qatar, but you still should check the entry restrictions according to your vaccination status to know which COVID-19 test requirements and quarantine protocols will be applied.
