In August 2019, the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) introduced the Electronic Arrival Card. It replaces the traditional paper Disembarkation/Embarkation Card (DE Card). iVisa offers this service to help travelers save time and avoid long lines at the airport. The arrival card does not replace a visa. If you are not from a visa-exempt country, officers at the airport will ask for your Visa. In that case; we suggest you visit the nearest embassy. The application can be submitted here. The minimum process time is 30 minutes, and the final decision of approval or denial will be sent to your email address. The document you receive is valid for Single Entry, and it allows you to stay in Singapore for 14 days Per Entry.

What are the required documents?
You do not need too many documents. If you have these documents below, it is easy to get it: Passport with at least 6-month validity is a must, travel information and, Credit/Debit card or PayPal account for the payment. You can apply for an Electronic Arrival Card up to 14 days in advance of your arrival in Singapore.
How long is the processing time for my application, and what does it cost?
iVisa gives you three options when it comes to processing time. The cost is determined by the processing time you have selected. You can choose the one that best works for you. Here are your options:
Standard processing – your Arrival Card is delivered in 24 hours and the cost is USD 20.00.
Rush processing – your application is processed within just 4 hours and the cost is USD 35.00.
Super Rush processing – do you need it quickly? 30 minutes and the cost is USD 70.00.
Is there any additional information for the Singapore Arrival Card?
Firstly, please be informed that all nationalities are eligible if they are not working pass applicants or cruise passengers. The Arrival Card iVisa offers can only be used once. However, if you are planning on entering the country more than once within the 14 days per entry of validity, please contact us before applying. The Singapore Electronic Arrival Card does not guarantee admission to the country. It’s up to the country’s customs authorities to allow entry to a visitor after procedure checking upon arrival. We recommend the citizens of American Samoa to apply for this Electronic Arrival Card at least one day before their trip to Singapore. Please note that you cannot send the application any sooner than 14 days prior. If you have the Singapore Arrival Card, all you need to present upon arrival is your passport. Please note: The Arrival Card is not a visa. Travelers of certain nationalities may have to present different documentation upon arrival, such as a visa. Keep in mind that some nationalities must also submit a yellow fever vaccination card or other documents used in their visa application.
How long is my Arrival Card valid for?
The document you receive is valid for 14 days after issued or until passport expires after arrival. This is a Single Entry visa, and the maximum stay is of 14 days Per Entry.
