From a beautiful island Cyprus to a beautiful country Singapore. Singapore welcomes you. In August 2019, the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) introduced the Electronic Arrival Card. It replaces the traditional paper Disembarkation/Embarkation Card (DE Card). iVisa offers this service to help travelers save time and avoid long lines at the airport. Please be aware that the arrival card does not replace a visa. If you are not from a visa-exempt country, officers at the airport will ask for your Visa. In that case; we suggest you consult the nearest embassy. The application can be submitted here. The minimum process time is 30 minutes, and the final decision of approval or denial will be sent to your email address. The document you receive is valid for Single Entry, and it allows you to stay in Singapore for 14 days Per Entry.
