In August 2019, the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) introduced the Electronic Arrival Card to replace the traditional paper Disembarkation/Embarkation Card (DE Card). This service is offered through iVisa to help travelers save time and avoid long lines at the airport. (Please note that an arrival card does not replace a visa. If you are not from a visa-exempt country, officers at the airport will ask to see your visa. In that case, we suggest you consult the nearest embassy). What documents will I need to apply for the Electronic Arrival Card?
You must have these documents when you apply: Passport valid for at least 6-month after arrival, travel information, and credit/debit card or PayPal account for the payment. You can apply for an Electronic Arrival Card beginning 14 days in advance of your arrival in Singapore.

How long is my Arrival Card valid for?
The document you receive will be valid for 14 days after issued or until passport expires after arrival. This is a Single Entry visa, and the maximum stay is 14 days Per Entry.
Is there any additional information for the Singapore Arrival Card?
All nationalities are eligible as long as you are not a working pass applicant or a cruise passenger. The Arrival Card can only be used for a single entry. However, if you are planning on entering the country more than once within the 14 days per entry of validity, please contact us before applying. The Singapore Electronic Arrival Card does not guarantee entry to the country. Customs officials will decide whether to allow entry to a visitor upon arrival. We recommend that citizens of Tuvalu apply for this Electronic Arrival Card at least one day prior to their trip to Singapore. Please note, you cannot apply before 14 days prior to your trip. With the Singapore Arrival Card, all you need to present upon arrival is your passport. The Arrival Card is not a visa. Travelers of certain nationalities may need to present a visa upon arrival into Singapore.
