All we can do is wait for the South African government to release further information. As a result, we do not know if Chinese citizens will be eligible for a South Africa eVisa, as the list of eligible nationalities is not available yet.

From the information we have at the moment, we cannot tell you precisely what the requirements for a South Africa eVisa will be. We do know that all applicants who want to obtain a visa online must have a valid passport, and this passport must maintain its validity for at least 30 days after the intended departure date from South Africa. This document should also have a minimum of 2 blank pages for stamping.

• Super Rush Processing: With this option, you'll have to wait 15 business days and pay USD 50.00

Will the online application process be complicated?

As for the application process, iVisa is working to make your job as effortless as possible. To that effect, we are preparing a 2-step online application form that will only take a few minutes to complete. Plus, you will have access to our 24/7 customer support service if you need any help.

As mentioned before, the online application form will consist of two steps:

1. The first one will require you to provide some general information about yourself including name, nationality, address, phone number, etc. Passport information and travel details will be necessary as well. This step of the application form will also ask you to choose a processing speed for your application. Your choice will determine the cost of your South Africa eVisa; the faster the processing time, the more you will be charged.

2. In the second step, all you have to do is to make the payment and review your form. iVisa accepts multiple payment methods such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, Alipay, and WeChat.
