Visiting Sweden sounds like an incredible plan and you’ll probably have the time of your life in this Nordic country, but since getting documents ready are part of every travel, at iVisa.com we want to share some important information with, since starting 2022, every citizen of Dominica traveling to Sweden will need to apply for THE ETIAS.

Fill me in

The ETIAS is a visa waiver that will be mandatory to enter any of the countries members of the Schengen Zone, which includes Sweden. Therefore, we’ve made a short list of the most frequently asked questions about the ETIAS, so you get your info ready before going on vacation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I go with the ETIAS?

You can go to any of the 26 countries that are part of the Schengen area, as long as you pass through the first country you stated you’ll visit in your application. This means that if you want to go to Sweden, Germany, and Belgium, and you stated that Sweden was the first stop, then that’s where you need to go first, after landing in Sweden, then you can move around the other countries of the Schengen zone for no longer than 90 days.

How can I get the ETIAS?

The application is quite easy, especially if you’re relying on iVisa.com and our methods to make sure the whole process goes as expected. Since it’ll be in the hands of a professional team with a wide range of experience in visas and authorization processes.

There are three things our team will need to move forward with your application:

  • Your passport travel document that won’t expire in the next three months after your trip.
  • Payment options that you can pay using debit or credit card or the Paypal option only iVisa.com offers.
  • An Email where you’ll get your ETIAS.

Is it easy to apply with iVisa.com?

It is super easy to apply with iVisa.com there are only three steps to follow:

  • First: Complete your basic data here and choose the processing option you want.
  • Second: Proceed with your payment.
  • Third: Send your online form with the requirements. After all these steps are complete, you’ll get an email with your ETIAS in either a couple of days or just a few hours, based on the processing time you picked.

Is it a long and expensive process?

Not at all. So far there’s not a price set, only an estimate, since the process is still pretty new and won’t be active until late in 2022. Thankfully it won’t be expensive. With iVisa.com the process will always be short and inexpensive, although we have different times and prices for those who need things done quickly.

We know you’re busy with everything going on in your life, and because we value your time, we want to be part of your application process for the ETIAS, making sure that is done right and by professionals that will back you up.

There are three processing times, you can pick the most convenient:

  • Standard It might take a couple of days to get your ETIAS but is the cheapest of all.
  • Rush Costs more than the standard, but the authorization form will arrive faster.
  • Super Rush This only takes a few hours for you to get the ETIAS in your email. But yes, it is the priciest of the three options.

How does submitting the application work?

After completing the application, the system will confirm the following:

  • That the information you provided was correct.
  • That you are eligible (every citizen from one of the 62 visa-free countries that can go to the Schengen are eligible.)
  • If you present any risk for the EU.
  • If what you completed on the online application form is right, you are eligible (as mentioned before) and you’re not a risk for the Schengen zone, then you’ll be approved.
