Even though the Thai government has not established any validity period officially, here at iVisa we assume the *T.8. Form is only valid for 72 hours after its date of issuance, because that’s the soonest a traveler is allowed to apply.

Do Norwegian passport holders need a Visa if we only transit through Thailand?
