How long can visitors from Uganda stay in Turkey with a Tourist eVisa?

Uganda visitors carrying ordinary passports who have obtained a visa for tourism purposes can enter Turkey for a maximum of 30 days Total with a Single Entry, but must not engage in paid or unpaid work. If you wish to stay longer, you must apply to your local police station for a residency permit.

What are the documents required to apply?

  • Rush processing – if you want your application processed faster, you can choose this option. Your visa will arrive in your e-mail inbox within 4 hours, and you will pay USD 95.70 for it.

  • Super Rush processing – this is the fastest available option. Your visa will be ready to use in just 30 minutes. However, this will cost you more. You will be charged USD 115.70.

How can I apply for a Turkey Tourist eVisa?

Applying for a Turkey eVisa using the services provided by iVisa is easier than travelers, including Ugandans, may think. All you have to do is fill in an online form which is separated into two simple steps, and it should take you about 10 minutes to finish.
