Everything you need to know about the Vietnam eVisa and more

A Vietnam e-visa is an electronic travel document introduced by the country's immigration department in 2017. This document allows travelers to obtain a visa without having to go to a Vietnam embassy. In order to apply for a visa to enter Vietnam, we recommend applying at least a few weeks before your trip to Vietnam.

The Vietnam e-visa is valid for a total stay of up to 90 days Per Entry from the date of entry and is a Multiple Entry visa. If you wish to stay longer in the country, you will have to apply for another visa at your nearest Vietnam embassy.

Please note: This is not a Vietnam Visa on arrival. The introduction of the eVisa means you do not need to get a Vietnam visa approval letter anymore.
