Vasile Individual Cabinet of Psychology started in 2006 and organized the seminar Psychology of employees, which was involved with the retention of staff in crisis situations, addressed to managers of cultural institutions and human resources specialists from cultural organizations.
The seminars organized by the group aimed to address topics centered on such topics as:
Social behavior in the formal working group Motivational levels Behavioral psychology research tools Identifying the role in teams *Characteristics of the leader
Starting from the diagnosis and the level of involvement of the employees in solving the tasks until the identification of the nature of the conflicts and the exercise of the negotiation, the participants of the program learned the techniques through which a successful partnership could be obtained in the successful accomplishment of the activities and in identifying effective ways to build the teams.

Training and Evaluation Directorate that follows these requirements:
long-term higher education in the field of chemistry; minimum 5 years experience in the field of chemistry; computer operating knowledge; knowledge of at least one language of international circulation at a good level; *ability to work in conditions of prolonged effort.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
long-term higher education; minimum 5 years experience in the field of librarianship; computer operating knowledge; knowledge of at least one language of international circulation at a good level ability to work in conditions of prolonged effort. experience in the field of adult vocational training is an advantage.
A position of legal adviser who must meet the following requirements: higher specialized studies; minimum 2 years specialized experience; computer operating knowledge; knowledge of at least one language of international circulation at a good level; *ability to work in conditions of prolonged effort.
