Electronic visas can now be obtained effortlessly by Marshallese who wants to travel to Zambia. Visa application has never been this convenient especially now that iVisa created a service for easier evisa application. It doesn’t require you to set foot in the embassy just to get your consular visa. You only have to go through online process to upload your requirements and let iVisa sort out the hassles and bureaucracy. On top of that, your letter of approval will be sent via email as quickly as 24 hours without even leaving the comfort of your home.
So what do you need to avail iVisa’s service? Well iVisa, just like other application processes, iVisa will also need your documents to get your application moving. Not to worry though since you can easily obtain these basic documents. Below is the list of what you need:
A valid passport – it should be easy for Marshallese to get one, and if you have one already, make sure that it stays valid for at least six months from your date of arrival in Zambia.
Proof of accommodation – a hotel confirmation or a letter a host will do.
Return flight ticket
A scan of the information page of your passport
A digital photo of you – the photo needs to meet the criteria for a passport photo.
E-mail address – iVisa will send you a copy of the issued document via e-mail in PDF format. You need to print it before your departure.
Once you have collected the required documents, you can then start filling up the application form. Aside from being a straightforward process, iVisa also offers customer service for those who may get stuck in the process along the way.
Initially, Marshallese has to input basic information like name, address, passport info, date of arrival in Zambia, etc. You also need to select the visa type and processing time at this point of application. iVisa aims to satisfy every traveler’s needs and budget so they are offering three amazing options below:
Standard processing time – for only $20, you will receive your evisa within 3 business days. The document itself needs to be paid on arrival in Zambia.
Rush processing time – this option costs $60 and your evisa will be ready within 2 business days.
Once done with the basic information, the second step will ask Marshallese for payment and review the provided information. As simple as it may seem, reviewing is quite crucial since this is the only time that you can amend any errors. Once your application was processed, corrections are no longer permitted. Strict immigration officers will not accept documents that have even a single typo. As such, you will lose both time and money because iVisa has a strict no-refund policy after the processing.
The last step will be additional photo upload and Marshallese will be required to upload additional documents as well. However, it depends on the situation. As a good example, you need an authorization letter from your spouse when you travel with your underage child. Once you have completed all the steps, all you need to do is to wait since your application is pretty much finish at this point.
It is important to remember that your approval letter is accepted only at three points of entry: Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka, the Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula International Airport in Livingstone, and at Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe International Airport in Ndola. However, the visa on arrival is available at any airports. At the same time, Marshallese needs to pay a fee once arriving in Zambia. The amount differs from nationality to nationality.
