With an eVisa, plan to arrive at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, where your passport will be stamped. eVisas are not processed at land borders.

If your trip involves work, long-term stays, residence, or extended study, a Tourist or Business eVisa is not suitable. If you need more time, apply for an extension before your current permission ends. Depending on your case, this can be done online near the expiry date or in person at the Immigration and Citizenship Service (ICS) office in Addis Ababa.
