I was very confused about the whole visa situation. I found out after paying almost $200 that I did not need one for Croatia. I cannot get refunded according to Hanz. I wish it would’ve clarified better.
I could apply for 2 on the same form which is helpful. Results were back within an hour, even better

I aciddentley order a visa that is not needed and no one has gotten back to me. So they beat me out of money. And there is no way to contact them.

Excellent service. answered all questions in less than a couple of hours and processed on announcement of entry in 24 hours .
The site is very confusing.. I get to point where it says I can download my accepted form of enty to Croatia. All I repeatedly get is a one page statement that states I have " successfully submitted the form. Announcement of entry into Republic of Croatia Number [redacted] and [redacted] " And that is all I get on the download. This has not been useful and I do not have any entry papers to show for money spent. Roger Brink 9/14/2021
Scam. Found that could do for free (and more quickly) through Croatia's government website. Don't waste your money
Processing and receipt of documents was certainly fast, though it contains so little personal information (name, anything about vax status...), I'm hopeful it connects to a data base with this information...
The experience was great. The website is build well and everything is explained well and the response was fast.
Easty to use. I guess the one question is whether this is even needed for travel from US to Croatia with US passport??

Fast and easy. Well worth the $20 per application vs problems with Croatian website.
Although this site came with a fee versus some of the other sites, it was much less complicated and got me my declaration form much faster. It was well worth the money I paid for the peace of mind before I traveled.
You mislead tourist as this application is free of charge by Government officials.

Entry Form complication....I had already filled out a form "Entry to Croatia" and then saw another post on the internet about the need to fill out the "Ivisa" form in order to enter Croatia. I paid the $20 to get the form and received the same type of notification paper that I received from my first entry on "Entry to Croatia" website. So I spent $20.00 for nothing. I feel ripped off.
As soon as I was able to get my reservation information for my room, the ivisa was approved. They did it very quickly.
Everything was easy and straight forward, just wishing for the best, cant wait to travel and i have lot of travelers to recommend.thanks.
