Although I don't need a visa to go to st.lucia, my credit card is still going to be debited for a visa I didn't need and didn't receive. However, kudos for enabling me to get the travel documents that is required for my travel and that need to be presented when I arrive in st.lucia.

This seriously was incredible. Took a little additional time due to additional information needed but we got the approvals within 24 hours
4 Stars because responses were Immediate.Same Information was repetitive /requested multiple times even after sent. Instructions were not always clear. Customers need an easier process so too much time is not wasted in repetitive measures.
