It was pretty straightforward. Just have copies of your passport ready to upload. This was about 4 million times easier than the Indian version.

Ok, but it took so long to get confirmation, and it was a bit frustrating to see if I had been granted entry to S Korea. It was delivered, but I still do not know if I will be allowed to enter the country in two days. I will be at the hotel, and the return tickets are already booked. What if? Certain countries, such as the USA, Canada, and the EU, should receive approval right away.

The Application process for the iVisa to South Korea was simple and quick once you had a photo and passport page readily saved on a device. What was mind blowing is the turnaround time of less than 24 hours! My application was done on a Friday and by the next day, a Saturday at that, a neatly prepared iVisa was emailed to me with my picture included. Also, as many persons as required could have been done by one applicant and I also included my husband as well. Great work South Korea!

getting the visa was fast, in 5 days you can get it but i think the process of uploading the picture is the tricky one, also there are other companies that are requesting your info to process your korean visa, that got us confused because we thought we were being scammed, however, we loved this site because they are sending you emails regularly letting you know how your forms are processed.
I got prompt and appropriate responses and a very simplified process to apply for the visa.
It is a very quick service but in the visa it says : ( This travel authorization does not guarantee admission to the Republic of Korea; a Korea Immigration Service officer at a port of entry will have the final determination) . This does not make sense, so I travel for 8.30 and the immigration officer rejects my entry so I have to fly back another 8.30 not including waiting in airports, inconvenience, expenses, lack of sleep, tickets costs, cancellation of meetings and exhaustion. It must be ether a YES or a No. This is my opinion.
The app was easy to use. I received regular feedback of the status. The app only allowed for one option for the visa which was 2 years - I’m sure there are shorter periods
I could not upload the required information due to an apparent glitch in the system. I had to reach out to get assistance online to have the missing information uploaded. However, the information was not requested at the time of the visa request submission.
The app is convenient however trying to get anyone from customer service for questions is almost impossible 3 hours hold time sometimes no one even bothers .. very frustrating

Process was fast, an agent send me an email regarding a document I forgot to upload, I was informed again that all needed information was received and my visa is processed.
