Easy, ultra fast, I will definitely use ivisa in the future again
Had some questions while completing the form (no category for retiree- just "etc." and needed to amend an application already submitted). Chat was disabled and emails not responded to. ETA ultimately approved within promised time frame. As long as you don't need live support, the service is great
I have tried several times to submit a photo of my passport which i can see very clearly, yet each time I am told it is an unacceptable photo. It is not humanly possible to submit a better photograph. There uis no assistance available from your website.
Get my k-eta in 3 hours. I used the 24-hour option. They totally nailed it and allowed to go out of Incheon airport during my 13 hour layover. Good job and recommend.

I got a little overwhelmed with pictures so i read carefully again and it was ok. I just didn’t get adobe , pdf stuff at first.

Thank you ivisa team for your excellent work obtaining the K-ETA, Document on my behalf. I had a bad experience with another company. I submitted my application I waited for the document to arrive but that company did not submit my application what caused for me to be to miss my flight=loss! Support was quick to respond when needed, but when I sent TWO emails stating that my passport photos were pixelated when I picked them up, they forwarded my emails but I never heard from them again! I had a deadline to meet so I had to send in my pixelated photos and they’re for my visa application! Disappointed…and I will be very upset if my visa is declined because of this.
I had problems with giving a correct adress in Korea and with producing picture formats acceptable to the application.
