01 Joining the iVisatravel.com Affiliate Partner Program
By joining the program, affiliates can partner with one of the leading processors of travel documents and earn commissions on the travel-document sales they generate. The idea is simple: share your unique links with your customers or website audience, and earn a commission on the sales that come from them.
Affiliates must use the program solely for legally advertising iVisatravel.com, with the intent to earn commissions. The company reserves the right to update and modify these Terms without any notice. Membership is restricted to persons 18 years of age or older.
02 Revocation of Affiliate Status
iVisatravel.com may remove accounts without notice for breaching these terms. Suspension or termination can occur for:
- Inappropriate advertisements, including false claims or misleading hyperlinks
- Spamming, such as mass email or mass newsgroup posting
- Advertising on sites that promote illegal activity
- Intellectual property violations
- Promotion of sexually explicit materials
- Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse of any iVisatravel.com customer, employee, member, or officer, which will result in immediate account termination
03 Affiliate Links
The use of graphics and text links on your website and in emails is encouraged, as long as the guidelines above are followed. Offline advertising requires pre-approval. Altering banners or links without consent is prohibited.
04 Terms and Conditions
- Brand bidding is prohibited in Google, including variations and misspellings of “iVisatravel.com,” “i-Visa,” “evisa,” and related terms
- Creating misleading domains or subdomains is forbidden
- Impersonating the merchant’s identity on social media is prohibited
- Cookie stuffing techniques are forbidden
- Email affiliates require prior approval
Violating these conditions can result in termination from the program.
05 Affiliate Tracking
When a referred client clicks on your referral link, a cookie is created in that client’s browser containing your affiliate identification (ID). IP addresses are logged and referenced to affiliate IDs for tracking purposes. Commissions are awarded according to the percentages set out in the agreement.
06 Payment
iVisatravel.com only pays commissions on links that are automatically tracked and reported by its systems. Payments are made on the 15th of each month for the previous month’s sales. The minimum payment threshold is $50 USD. Chargebacks are deducted from affiliate payments.
07 Terms of the Agreement
The agreement begins upon signup and ends when the account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by iVisatravel.com at any time, with or without notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
08 Liability
iVisatravel.com will not be held liable for any financial or economic loss, nor for any consequential or indirect loss, arising as a result of your use of the iVisatravel.com affiliation platform. No guarantees are made regarding the fault-free operation of the program.
09 Customer Personal Data
Affiliates must respect the privacy and security of customer data. Any affiliate submitting customer data must obtain prior permission to do so. Both affiliates and iVisatravel.com have obligations as data controllers under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and similar obligations apply under other relevant data protection laws.
