El Salvador is the smallest country in Central America, but at the same time, it is the most densely populated. It is the home of over 6 million people, most of whom are in three major cities. El Salvador has 25 volcanoes and 14 lakes, which make for great scenery. You can visit the Mayan ruins, which are an incredible experience that you will never forget. The beaches are heavenly. If you go to El Salvador in June or November, you can watch turtles hatch from their eggs and get into the ocean. You can also enjoy various water sports and admire the wildlife. The bottom line is that you cannot get bored in El Salvador.

Before you book your flight for El Salvador, there are a few things that you should know about its visa policy. First of all, there are 86 countries and jurisdictions whose citizens can enter El Salvador and remain there for up to 90 days. The rest of the nationalities must visit the nearest Salvadorean embassy or diplomatic mission to submit a visa application.
