In my case, they charged almost $100 for a document that is obtainable free from the official government site (Ecuador) in the same time period...immediately. It saved me no time nor effort, since I had in, effect, provided all the same information that the gov't site requested. They took my info and submitted it. If this had been a more complicated situation, maybe their service would be helpful. But, not in my case. I am outraged and will protest the charge with my credit card companyl
All I needed to pay for the four hour option, but the system didn't allow to complete unless I paid for three other options which was additional $60.00. I was not happy about this at all.

Needed ministry of health report in 36hrs. Cost should have been $30 but the option for 24hrs option was greyed out and was forced to take 4hr option at $67 which I didn't need. Two people was$74 more than I should have paid .

I was charged $56 to rush a form in 30 minutes and it gave me no other option even though I didn’t need the form for 12 hours after I bought it. I had to download adobe app to even download the form so it’s not friendly for those without computers. And then I get on the flight from bogota and they give me the same form for free. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. It’s essentially fraud.
The form was not completely filled, this an exact same form I could have filled myself for free. It felt like the filling was automated. And the reason I chose the company is that I don't speak spanish, yet all emails are in spanish.
This is a rip off this form is online to fill out and yet you charge me to fill it out.
