confusing in some areas specially on purchases. prefer at the end of the whole process if the note that it cannot be submitted till 72 hrs. before arrival to Iceland. Was left wondering what to do next after invoice paid as at the end no button to click, would have been better if at the end it said will send confirmation of end of process as application can only be processed 72 hrs before arrival.
Left it rather late to apply for a pre registration form.Ivisa came up trumps and had my form ready in a couple of hours.I paid extra of course but it was worth it.Worry over.Form was easy and quick to complete

I am a citizen of Germany and need no VISA to go to Island. But they sent me one and took money of my Credit Card for nothing. Be careful with this site if you have looked for the official Icelandic Covid Registration Site. Google sends you to this one first!

The phone number on my pre-registration barcode for Covid testing in Iceland wasn’t mine, so it didn’t work! Thank goodness, I’d already used the free site travel.covid.is so that barcode worked. It was a waste of $20.
after the first meeting with the form.it went good and freindly. yet i did not understand the all picture about the flow of the procedure. especialy at he end after payment the form was back to the begining . thanks to the support team it wa understand
Straightforward process except that some of the wording of the questions was ambiguous. Pushy marketing on the extras - why not just offer them and leave it to individuals to decide?

I don’t know what good it did me. I paid iVisa a fee and filled out a form. But before my travel from the US to Iceland, at the suggestion of Icelandair, I also went to visit.Covid.is and filled out the only form I needed (pre-entry registration) which was free and which gave me a bar code that I printed and showed to the Icelandic authorities upon entry along with my COVID inoculation card and passport, and that was all I needed. Did my fee to iVisa do anything? I don’t see it.
iVisa.com was fairly clear, but the directions are sometimes not clear, and I signed up for a pre-registration not iVisa.com. I hope this is correct.
