I think you are fake.i was rejected visa to jordan and today you are sending me health declaration to do what.am not even sure if ivisa apply,because immediately I ask for references number to check my visa status I was told day would control it by there self it was the next day I got email from them that my tourist visa is denied and which day don't know the reason.my money is gone plus my time wasted rubbish.

I was given a sightseeing pass instead of a country visa at double the price. And, when I raised the matter, my request for a refund of my money was blatantly rejected!
Essentially caused me to purchase two passes. Was not explained that this is a sightseeing pass. Thought was buying a visa. Already had a sightseeing pass so wasted money. Very disappointed this time.

While I still have not used them for official purposes, the photos look legitimate. However, I was charged a small amount at the pickup location that I haven't been told about while I was doing the online steps. Other than that, everything looks fine.

They said they will provide Jordan Visa but all they did was give us a Jordan Pass and then they told us to take Embassy Permission on our own.

I found this website misleading. I thought that I was applying for a visa, at the initial stage there is a green button "get a visa". It uses the word visa all the way through but in the end you get a Jordan Pass, not a visa. The pass costs more than double the visa (USD158 compared to USD56) and does not replace a visa. Even in the email it says your "visa" has arrived! I discussed this in an online chat and was told that their website was clear, indeed it isn't! The pass does waive visa fees, but I still need a visa!! I am on an organised tour I don't need a pass to get into attractions.
Thought that I was applying for a visa, but I received a site ticket that has no value to me.
iVisa is such a wonderful service. So much easier than looking for an Embassy

Love that this website not only allows you check the visa requirements, but also apply. The process was quick and easy. Got mine back within an hour or two. Very impressed and will definitely be using this site for future trips.
