🗺️ In addition, you’ll receive access to over 40 major attractions, including Petra, Jerash, Wadi Rum, and more.

⚠️ You’ll need to remember that the Jordan PASS isn’t a visa, and approval does not guarantee entry into Jordan. Instead, it only means that the holder would not need to pay for a visa on arrival.

Jordan visa policy

The Jordan visa policy includes several options depending on your nationality, the purpose of your visit, and the length of your stay. Citizens of many countries can obtain a visa on arrival for tourism or short-term visits. This visa is typically valid for 30 days and can be extended once.

Alternatively, travelers can apply online for an eVisa before arrival through Jordan’s Ministry of Interior portal. This option is ideal for those who prefer to secure their visa in advance and are not eligible for a visa-on-arrival.

Travelers planning to visit multiple tourist sites can benefit from the Jordan Pass, which grants access to over 40 attractions and waives the visa fee if the pass is purchased before arrival and the traveler stays in the country for at least two consecutive nights.

Jordan offers several other visa types for longer stays or different purposes, including student visas, work visas, and medical visas. Some nationals, particularly from countries under heightened scrutiny, must obtain prior security clearance before being issued any type of visa.

Before making any travel plans, travelers should consult the Jordan Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Tourism.
