Excellent communication, the online form is confusing when you get to the ‘required field’ asking for your vaccination date, but it doesn’t specify what vaccination it is asking about. Turns out that the vaccination is only required depending on where you have travelled through prior to the visit. I emailed and received a prompt reply.
