Applied for a visa in error which I did not need. Contacted the company immediately on online chat and explained the problem. They stopped the transaction immediately. Very impressed. No quibbles at all

I did some web searching about Mauritius and found that getting a visa before flying prevented long queue's at immigration. The application took a couple of minutes and in a few days our visa's came through. Well worht the effort and cost

I asked for a refund as a Visa was not required for Mauritius and you didn't reply. I have asked my provider to take action against your company to get my money back.
At no stage after connecting to the site was I told that British passport holders do not need a visa for Mauritius. At no stage was I told that the electronic entry form is downloadable from a Mauritius govt site, and much more importantly, at no stage was I told that these entry forms and entry was FREE ie, that the Mauritian authorities make NO CHARGE for filling in an electronic form. I was scammed to the tune of £126 for a service which is freely available. My huge mistake was clicking in to the first website for Safe Mauritius which is not the govt website but the website of profiteering unscrupulous people who are only interested in trying to steal money from (maybe naive) travellers.
I realize I could have done this for free. I feel like I was scammed because this is not a cheap service
this should be free as other web sites . This is a rip off website. Were also asking for extra money if application failed . Should report them to odisman .
