Costly as compared to others. My friend used a different Visa service and her fee was $177 versus $234 which I paid. Also hers was approved right away. Mine took 24 hours which is not a long time but not as good as other visa provider. So rated 4 out of 5 for that reason.
Came through in several hours when we needed it in 48 hours. Outstanding results! The whole visa matter for Namibia is confusing. One US government web site said none is needed for US Citizens. The embassy in Windhoek said one IS needed before arrival BUT it can be obtained at the International Airport in Windhoek. I paid a fortune to get two E-visas so fast but again, you came through super-fast. One traveler was already traveling so getting proper photos was a challenge. Any faults were with the US government websites and ivisa earned a 5 star rating except $250+ per visa was a lot for a simple on-line process.
Had some dificulties to fill in the formulars. It would be Great to provide the Page also in German. My english is quite good, but with Important documents, I feeling safer with German. However, the WhatsApp help-Service was fantastic

It was a smooth and good exercise. one problem; when taking a photo with the telephone camera , there was not a buttom to click to make the photo !!!!
Easy to follow and allowed time to find information that had not been provided, in my instance it was a zip code that took a few hours to obtain. Also the cost, whilst the visa cost was given there was no indication that there was also an administration charge that was more expensive than the cost of the visa. An upfront notification would have been appreciated.

What I liked about IVisa was the fact that I could fill in most of the form and it was automatically saved for me so that I could fill the rest in at a later date
I would have gotten the health form on arrival to country. I was lead to believe a visa would be provided.
I did not need this piece of paper. All it is is a piece of dolled up paper stating that I don't have any symptoms of covid. All because the travel site was wrong and said I needed more documentation. What a waste. What a scam.
