Uzbek citizens need a visa to enter Singapore; only diplomatic passport holders are exempt, for stays of up to 90 days. There is no visa on arrival, because ICA does not accept visa applications at its immigration counters. You apply through a local contact or strategic partner in Singapore, who files online with ICA, or at the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission or its authorised visa agent. ICA processes applications within three working days and advises applying within 30 days before arrival. iVisa does not process the Singapore visa itself; once your visa is approved, we can take care of your SG Arrival Card.

Very easy at gate. NOTE HOWEVER as you enter Singapore immediately before the gate , a huge sign indicates that all entrants (including Singapore citizens) must fill in the entry form. We started doing this not knowing that we were simply duplication the i-visa we had completed on line. The notice was misleading - we could have gone straight through (which we eventually did).

Can Uzbek citizens transit Singapore without a visa?
Possibly, for up to 96 hours. ICA's Visa-Free Transit Facility covers nationals of the Commonwealth of Independent States in transit to or from a third country. You need an onward air ticket leaving Singapore within 96 hours, and you must leave Singapore by air. Stays under the facility can't be extended.
Can an Uzbek citizen living in Russia apply for a Singapore visa there?
Yes, if you are legally present in Russia. The Singapore Embassy in Moscow asks non-Russian nationals to show proof of legal presence, such as a valid visa, work permit or residence card, when they apply.
