The experience was very easy but I thought the visa documents would say our name and the approval. The document only shows the requirements for travel to Sint Maarten. Hopefully that is all we will need and this was my first time ever applying for a visa. The ex was very good and the service was excellent.

I commend your staff. They are professional and responsive. Far above other people I have had to deal with on email. My only complaint is the fact that your system wasn’t up to date with respect to rules changes in St Maarten effective March 1st. I was notified that my application was denied because I needed a PCR test which is no longer required. I had to advise Camila of the new regs and put her in an uncomfortable position.

I had difficulty uploading some documents, but kudos to Ivisa help. Could not have done it alone.
Nice to be able to put the whole family in one document submission. It would have been a but easier if there was a list of all needed information before I started the process. However, I did get it completed easily once I had Port and Marina information from the travel agent. I really was impressed with the fact that iVisa accepted my submission and will hold it for processing until 3 days prior to the trip. I was unaware of the time restriction by my destination country. Thanks for being on top of it iVisa.
