Get the Switzerland visa for US citizens

Unfortunately, the requested and the received document contains an incorrect arrival date, an incorrect contact email, an incorrect airline seat. Quite disappointing.

I needed my visa on short notice and I-Visa was able to accommodate my needs.

We finally got our forms but wished we were told to enter our travel agency name earlier. 2 days processing is appreciated, although expensive

Trouble again putting in address. First person on help chat no help at all but the second person, Angela, was great. She got right to what was needed and understood my messages. Your address line for hotel is confusing and does not take information when put in. May want to reformat that part, otherwise form is easy to use.

Very good service. However, you need to add something to your application. In the application, you ask for a seat number. Hasn't anyone ever told you that travelers don't get their seat numbers until they log in 24 hours before their flights to get their boarding pass? That's too late for finishing the application and getting the Entry document. i found out through another source the solution is to put in a FAKE seat number which allows you to complete the application -- and then later, when you know the actual seat number, to amend the form to reflect that. You should change the application to either explain this situation, or supply a fake seat number for the customer to use, telling them to amend the application once the actual seat number is received. I ended up actually opening another account to start over because I thought i had lost my information from the first application. As it turned out, I was able to amend my first application and cancel the second application and the second fee I paid which you are refunding; thank you very much for that. It seems to me you should have known about this problem and addressed it.. Otherwise, this is a seamless process. Thank you for listening to my suggestion. Best, Michael Phares

Spent $30 on something I could have done for less than $2 on my own. The purpose of using this kind of service is to make sure the photo is correct AND get prints to our size. Not something I still have to cut on my own, with potentially screwing up and it being rejected. This is a damn scam and I will tell anyone that ask to NOT use this service.
