Very difficult agency to work with. Constantly coming up with irrelevant objections leading to unnecessary delays. Given the fact that I finally had to pay a "rush" fee, one is inclined to suspect this is intentional. I have never had this much trouble obtaining a visa to the UAE. Once they finally agreed to but the application forward, it was granted in less than 24 hours, further strenghtening my suspicion they install the delays on purpose
