Learn More: Health Control Form
DOCUMENT OVERVIEW
The Spain Travel Health Control Form (SpTH App) is required for all travelers trying to enter Spain, starting July 1, 2020. The Spain Travel Health Control Form was designed to reduce the spread of coronavirus among Spanish citizens and all travelers in Spain.
Keep in mind the health form DOES NOT replace a visa. If visitors from your country require a visa, the immigration officers will ask for your visa when you enter Spain. If your nationality requires a visa, we suggest you contact your local embassy.
Visit the FAQs below to see if your nationality is able to enter Spain. If you’re ready to get started on your journey to Spain, apply for the Spain Travel Health Control Form now.
