  • I was charged $359.00 on Feb. 16,2025 at Charlotte, NC airport for the ED card. Our flight to Fort Lauderdale was canceled, so we had to fly directly to Aruba to meet our ship for cruise 3 days later. I discovered later we were only supposed to be charged $20 each. An American Airlines representative in Aruba airport told us to contact you for a refund. Please refund us for the huge overage.

  • Never received notifications of the need for this document to travel to Aruba. Was advised by American Airlines ticketing agent upon check in. Went to web site to acquire documents for my wife and me. The docs for bot of us cost $360.00. Later I found out that the normal cost would.have been $40. This is a ridiculous charge. I was.very angry about this.

  • Don't know how I was directed to this site, but my girlfriend printed off the same exact ED pass and it cost her $20 while I paid $100 for this service...

  • I clicked in this site by accident. Thinking I was clicking on the Aruba site to get the ED card. Which I got separately for just $20. I was surprised by the extra $79 charge which I thought was a new charge by the Aruban gov. I later realized that it wasn’t. And that I didn’t need it. I then immediately asked to have the trabsaction cancelled but was refused. This seems to be a Google search scam.

  • I learned afterward that all the other families that i am traveling with only had to pay $20/person for the ED cards for entrance to Aruba. It’s horrible that you charged almost $100 each. My wife usually does it and asked me to do it on my lunch break yesterday. I would really appreciate a refund of $80x4=$320.00
