I submitted a refund request and its been over a week and no response. Someone else in my travel parry had already purchased one for me. I bought this and immediately within a few hours asked for a refund.
Was not told by airline that Visa was required. Boarding pass said documents ok. Not till baggage drop did we find out. Expedited fee is gouging.
