The information on the completed form is not entirely correct. I.g. I tried correcting the arrival date into the country, but was not able to make the correction on line. My telephone and email addresses are also not correct on the form.
I am updating my review from one star to 3. My mom and I used this service to expedite a country specific form. In both cases they turned the form around quickly but in both cases important data was completely wrong! It took 4 attempts for both of us to get it right! This was not user error on our part by the way! On my form on the second try they corrected some of the information but then mistyped the state of residence from my state - which was initially correct, to another completely different state that was nowhere included in my application. I will recognize their chat agent in India that helped me through the corrections on my mother’s form. She completely got iVisa’s mistakes and had the correct information quickly. The chat agent that I had on mine was horrid! It took hours to explain the incorrect information (I had to explain time zone and long flights to explain why one could leave on one day and land the next day!) and after 4 tries it was at least 90% right. I give iVisa props for quick turnaround but thumbs down for incompetent crafting of documents. Buyer Beware! Get your information in early so that you have time to do their job and have information correctly input into your documents!
