Back to Bermuda visa
  • This service was not needed. The pink card was filled out in minutes upon arrival at the airport. This felt like a total scam. I wish I’d get my money back! Shame on me for not reading the fine print. Milei Aviles

  • Filling out the form was easy but nowhere did it tell me I would not be able to print out the form once complete. Email said I needed to add additional info but that was not true,

  • I got conned into paying $65 for an entry card to Bermuda that I subsequently found out I could get for free! Shame on you for ripping off a senior citizen. BUYERS BEWARE! I plan to post on every site I can to steer clear of this yet another internet scam!!!

  • You charged me for a service that is free. We just filled out the form at the airport in Bermuda, and we were good to go.

  • I never got any straight answers to my questions and never received the authorizations i paid for and because of that I couldn't board the ship today for the cruise to Bermuda. That cruise was paid for and was the covid tests twice and also reserved parking at the port and all of that is non-refundable. Thank you for a wonderful 54 Anniversary cruise.

  • The worst experience ever. I will contest this bill when I get my credit card. My husband had to go on line and walk through the process with a person from the Bermudian government. According to the government official iVisa never even entered the information for my husband. Several times during my email exchanges I was provided with erroneous information. When I asked questions via email. I would get “canned” responses as if no one had even read my question. I asked for a telephone number to converse with someone over my concerns and was told there was no telephone number available. During the process, I seldom got the same representative twice, so there was absolutely no accountability on their side. Not only was iVisa not helpful, it wound up interfering with the process. I asked to communicate with a supervisor to no avail. I can’t begin to explain the amount of duress iVisa caused me. The interactions were so bad that I was beginning to think the company was fraudulent and that I had been scammed. The truth of the matter is that even if the company is legitimate, I was still scammed, as we never would have gotten our Bermuda authorization if my husband hadn’t gone directly through the government.
